These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any reservation or purchase you make from DYZA Ltd ("DYZA," "we," "us"). By using this site or placing a reservation, you agree to these Terms. Please read them alongside our Reservation & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these Terms.
1. Who we are
DYZA Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17004030, registered address Suite Ra01, 195-197 Wood Street, London, United Kingdom, E17 3NU. You can contact us at suport@dyza.co.uk.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to place a reservation or purchase with us.
3. The reservation model
The TypeCharge is currently offered for reservation with a refundable deposit, ahead of general sale.
Placing a reservation and paying the deposit secures a numbered place in Batch 1. A reservation is not a completed contract of sale. It does not oblige you to complete a purchase, and it does not create an obligation on us to supply the product until the TypeCharge has passed safety certification and is offered by us for final sale.
We may limit the number of reservations available in a batch, and may close reservations at any time. Details of how deposits and refunds work are set out in our Reservation & Refund Policy.
4. Pre-certification status
The TypeCharge is undergoing safety certification and is not yet certified or offered for final sale. Any specifications, images, timelines, and performance figures shown on this site are provided in good faith based on the current design and are subject to change as development and certification proceed. Estimated shipping dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
5. Pricing and currency
Prices are shown in euros (€) and/or pounds sterling (£). Your deposit and any final purchase are charged in the currency presented to you at checkout for your region. Prices for the final product, and shipping costs, will be confirmed at the point you are invited to complete your purchase. We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices are accurate but reserve the right to correct genuine errors.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. By providing payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. We do not store your full card details.
7. Completing your purchase
When the TypeCharge is certified and available, we will contact reservation holders (in reservation order) with a link to complete their purchase at the final price, less the deposit already paid, plus shipping. Completing that purchase forms a separate contract of sale, at which point your full statutory rights, including any right to cancel under distance-selling regulations and any product warranty, apply.
8. Shipping regions
Batch 1 is offered for delivery within Europe (UK and EU) only. We are not able to accept reservations for delivery outside this region at this time.
9. Refunds and cancellation
Reservation deposits are fully refundable as set out in our Reservation & Refund Policy. Your statutory rights in respect of any completed purchase are unaffected by these Terms.
10. Product safety
Once supplied, the TypeCharge must be used in accordance with the instructions and safety information provided with it. Chargers and lithium batteries carry inherent risks if misused; you agree to follow all supplied guidance. This does not limit our responsibility for supplying a product that is safe and as described.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this site (including the DYZA and TypeCharge names, logos, text, images, and designs) is owned by or licensed to DYZA Ltd and may not be copied or used without our permission.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site unlawfully, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, or to misuse it in any way that could harm DYZA or other users.
13. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or that arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control (including delays to certification). Our total liability arising from a reservation is limited to the amount of the deposit paid.
14. Your statutory rights
You have legal rights as a consumer that these Terms do not affect. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also retain the mandatory consumer protections of the country in which you live, regardless of the governing law below.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this site at the time you place a reservation or purchase. Material changes will not apply retroactively to reservations already made.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you retain the benefit of any mandatory protections and any right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
